International Autism Comprehensive Treatment Conference

Seluruh plennary sessions diterjemahkan langsung ke Bahasa Indonesia secara simultan di channel terpisah.

Autism Is Curable » Using Smart ABA & Smart BIT
The only therapies that have been proven to be effective and efficient in curing autism are ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) and BIT (Biomedical Intervention Therapy). Like a computer, BIT upgrades the hardware, then the advanced software is installed using ABA. The latest generation of ABA and BIT are Smart ABA and Smart BIT, which were developed by KID-ABA Autism Center, Indonesia.

ACT - NOW !
Autism Is Curable
Autism is curable, start immediately at any age by using Smart ABA (Smart Applied Behavior Analysis) and Smart BIT (Smart Biomedical Intervention Therapy). The best age to start ABA and BIT therapy is before the age of 5 years, then between 5-10 years. If therapy is started when the children are in their teens, it can still be cured but it will take longer.

  ● KID-ABA Autism Center
  • It started with Rudy Sutadi, MD, in January 1997, whose son was diagnosed with autism at two years and six months old.
  • At that time in Indonesia, it was still an era of darkness in the handling/therapy of autism that was good and correct.
  • The therapy clinics that existed at that time were not for autism therapy but for various children with special needs, for example, deaf, mental retardation, Down syndrome, and so on.
  • Because there had been more autistic people, they accepted autistic patients by applying the knowledge/methods they had practiced for children with special needs mentioned above.
  • Parents generally didn't know it, thought it was the therapy, or thought instead of not being treated at all.
  • Various medical textbooks at that time stated that autism was a permanent condition that was impossible to cure.
  • At that time, all medical doctors in Indonesia also did not know the right and correct therapy for autism; at most, they said special education only but did not know how to do it.
  • Then Rudy Sutadi, MD, went shopping at the therapy clinics and moved around from one therapy clinic to another. Each is only 1-2 days or a few days, maximum for two weeks.
  • Then Rudy Sutadi, MD, browsed the internet. At that time, it was using yahoo with Windows 3.11. It turns out that there were a lot of sources in English. At that time, there were no websites in the Indonesian language that discussed autism (currently, there are many websites/blogs / and others in the Indonesian language, which discuss autism, but there are a lot of wrongs and mistakes).
  • Then Rudy Sutadi, MD, printed various articles/journals / and others from the internet, using the HP Laserjet III Printer, which was very fast to print. As a result, one-time print can spend as much as 2-3 reams of paper. In confusion, Rudy Sutadi, MD, ended up just reading, reading, and reading all day long, 24 hours a day. And only got a break for eating, praying, bathing, and falling asleep. Yes, that's right, falling asleep instead of sleeping. Perhaps because of his fatigue during constant reading, suddenly Rudy Sutadi, MD, woke up from sleep in a sitting position or his face down on the table. Then continue to read, read, and read again.
  • Finally, Rudy Sutadi, MD, found ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis), which then immediately fell in love with at first sight. Because at that time, the scientific foundations were already approaching one century, already going through the stage of theoretical and experimental development, as well as systematic, structured, and measurable.
  • Then Rudy Sutadi, MD, bought various books, textbooks, publications, journals, articles, and other things from amazon.com and during participating in multiple activities in the USA and Australia.
  • Rudy Sutadi, MD, went back and forth to America 3-4 times per year, from 1997 to 2003/2004. Then learn ABA from various workshops, training, conferences, and so on. Among others from LIFE (Lovaas Institute For Early Intervention), Los Angeles, USA; PennState University, Pennsylvania, USA; The Option Institute, New York, USA; ISADD (Integration Service For Autism And Development Delay), Perth, Australia; CalABA (California Association For Behavior Analysis), USA. And so on.
  • Prof. Lovaas at UCLA (University of California Los Angeles) was the first professional to apply the principles of Behavior Modification to autism. He then published his first monumental publication in 1967, followed by subsequent studies. In Prof. Lovaas' long-term study, it was found that 47% were fully cured, 42% had varying degrees of progress, and 11% had no meaningful progress.
  • After Rudy Sutadi, MD's son, was handled intensively with ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis), very significant progress was seen within six months. So many parents, medical doctors, and other professionals wanted to know the good and correct treatment that applied. Therefore Rudy Sutadi, MD, traveled around Indonesia providing seminars, training, and workshops on autism in general and ABA in particular. To various universities, organizations, and individual organizers in different cities in Indonesia. That's why Rudy Sutadi, MD is also known as the FATHER of ABA (APPLIED BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS) FOR AUTISM IN INDONESIA, because he is the first (and only) Indonesian professional to disseminate ABA for Autism in Indonesia.
  • The year 1995 was also the first milestone in developing Biomedical Interventions for autism, with the pioneers being Prof. Bernard Rimland, Sidney Baker, MD, and Jon Pangborn, Ph.D. Then in 1997 started organizing DAN! Conference (Defeat Autism Now! Conference) regularly, centered in Sand Diego, USA, through ARI (Autism Research Institute).
  • Autism therapy is like a computer that has hardware and software. BIT (Biomedical Intervention Therapy) to upgrade the hardware and install advanced software using ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis).
  • In December 1999, Rudy Sutadi, MD, ran KID-Autistic (Autism Early Intervention Clinic) on Jalan Otto Iskandar Dinata Raya, East Jakarta, Indonesia. Solely to prove that anything he explained in seminars, training, workshops, and others was not just a theory but can indeed be applied properly and correctly and can be duplicated/replicated in addition to helping other parents cure their autistic children (people with autism).
  • Then Rudy Sutadi, MD, improved his ABA theories and practices, especially in 2009, with his wife, Arneliza Anwar, who opened the KID-ABA Autism Center (Clinic for Early Intervention applied behavior analysis). Which then launched Smart ABA (Smart Applied Behavior Analysis) For Autism in 2011.
  • If similar research like that of Prof. Lovaas is conducted again, currently with Smart ABA and Smart BIT, the result may be 100% completely cured. Because so far, parents who have continued to run therapy according to the directions of kid-ABA, then all their children are completely cured, indistinguishable from other children. Currently, the children are in regular elementary, junior high, and high schools and become bachelors. Some are taking a post-graduate degree, and some are already working in the private sector or as state employees.
  • A few years ago, Rudy Sutadi, MD's son, became a medical doctor who graduated from FKUI (Medical Faculty University of Indonesia), then continued to get a master degree in hospital administration, then later became the head of a hospital in Jakarta.
